‘The Doubter’s Mysteries’ are an attempt to write a short cycle of Mystery Plays – ie. plays based on Bible stories, like the Medieval Mystery Plays of York, Chester and Wakefield – from the point of view of a sceptical modern audience; an audience which either doesn’t believe in God, or can’t work out what he’s playing at.
There are fourteen of these plays, and the last is now online: ‘The Apocalypse’.

Hugo the vampire cake maker steals the hearts of rich and beautiful women to put in his cakes – but what’s he going to do when he makes a cake for the woman he loves?
A funny, macabre and touching story for slightly older children and adults. Please take a few moments to rate and review!
We’ll also be holding a Hallowe’en-themed launch party on 31st October in Cranbrook, Kent – more details to follow – spooky costume preferred!
