Lance was getting us to use cross-hatching to start with, but I haven’t reproduced those drawings, firstly because they were in pencil and therefore too faint to photograph, and secondly because they were crap. The ones after I gave up on the cross-hatching were better. And yes, that’s a violin Kim is using as a prop in the last sketch.
